November 9th 10 am to 11:30 am
November's Program - Finding Lost Objects with dowsing.
Launch of Four Rivers Dowsing Club
August 31, 2018.
Wildhair Studio’s Rock Shop today announced the launch of the Four Rivers Dowsing Club. Co-founded by Al Crim and Susan K. Edwards, the mission of the club is to create a space for interested parties to meet other dowsers, disseminate knowledge of dowsing (water witching, discovery of lost articles or persons, and related para-psychological phenomena), development of its skills, and recognition for its achievements.
The club will also provide a platform for interested parties to assemble all manner of dowsing theories, ideas, techniques, applications, instrumentation and experiences for study and evaluation. Anyone interested in dowsing or meeting others who are dowsers is encouraged to attend.
Dowsing is the ancient art of finding water, minerals, and other objects that seem to have a natural magnetic, electromagnetic or other perhaps unknown energy.
The club will meet 6 times a year, starting on Saturday, September 15th at the Rock Shop, 311 Broadway, Paducah, Kentucky, from 10:00 to 11:30 am. Times and locations of future meetings will be adjusted based on the interest and needs of the group. The 90-minute meetings will consist of a brief educational program, a chance to practice techniques and a social time.
The meetings are free, and at this point, there is no membership fee to participate. A “love offering” may be made to help with refreshments. Memberships may be considered in the future if there is enough interest in expanding the scope of the club.
Wildhair Studios’ Rock Shop is a metaphysical supply store and New Age education center located in the heart of Historic Downtown Paducah, Kentucky. Susan K. Edwards co-owns the Rock Shop and is a Reiki Master, Licensed Spiritual Healer, Spiritual Coach, workshop facilitator, public speaker and author. She practices and teaches the art of dowsing.
Al Crim has been a beekeeper for over 20 years and been dowsing for the past 5 years. Location of the beehive is critical to improve the bee’s overall health and productivity. He uses dowsing to research and pinpoint a location that is vibrationally and energetically balanced to place the hives. He has found this placement also helps the bee’s ability to fight off hive diseases. He is a member of the Tri State Dowsers, an Official Chapter of the American Society of Dowsers.
