Calling All Psychics & Mediums
Many of my friends and associates are Empaths, Psychics, Mediums, and Sensitives. Many are reporting being overwhelmed by an enormous influx of spirits from this past monster storm. Many lives were disrupted and lost… human, plant, and animal. ALL OF THAT energy still exists in spirit and much of it is scared, confused, and needs our help. At the very least, the entire area is unsettled energetically.
We have a strong community, and everyone is rushing to help those remaining in every way they can. Thank God. What I can do to help is work with the spiritual community and donate our efforts in that arena.
Therefore, I’ll be doing a Live-Stream event to help the spirits of humans, plants, and animals that perished cross over and be comforted.
Please watch and follow along.
If you can’t watch, but want to help, here’s what I’ll be covering during the session:
Decide how much time you are willing to dedicate to this session. If you’re new at this, recommend keeping it around 15-20 minutes. If you’re experienced, you know your limits.
Before you start, take a salt bath or smudge yourself to clear your aura. Pray or meditate to quiet your mind and emotions. Ground Yourself. Energy is very unsettled right now. You need to be calm in the midst of the energetic storm.
Observe what’s your stuff and what’s not. If it's yours, honor it, process your emotions or issues and work to get grounded and centered again. If that’s not possible, pause and get centered. Try again once you are calm.
If it's NOT your stuff, honor it, do what you can to help but maintain your healthy boundaries.
Begin
Create a sacred space.
• Smudge or cleanse an area you will be working in.
• Get your energy protection bubble or circle created
• Say your prayer, mantra, or affirmations
• Light a candle or ring a bell or chime to signify you are opening your session
• Call in your spirit guides, ancestors, angels, and other spirit helpers from the highest source for your highest good and the highest good of all.
• Get quiet and invite those who are needing your help to communicate with you.
Remember YOU are the moderator of this meeting. All participants must abide by YOUR rules. That includes when you are open to communicating and when you are not. One spirit guest speaks at a time. No arguing!
Treat your spirit guests as you would any stranger. Be polite, see what they want or need, maintain your healthy boundaries, manage their expectations. Speak to them with kindness and no fear. Many may be in their death state and it may seem startling to you. They will likely be confused, scared, and maybe angry. Be kind but firm. No popping in at 2 am in the morning while you are sleeping!
Call in Archangel Michael, or Archangel Azrael to help in their crossing over. Remember YOU DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY to send anyone anywhere other than from where they came from or back to Source. You DO HAVE AUTHORITY help them or call in those who can help or cross them over. In other words, you can’t send someone to heaven or hell. That’s the big guy’s job.
If you have the spirit of pets or domestic animals show up, offer them some refreshment. Put out a fresh bowl of food and water for them. Offer a soft spot for them to sleep and refresh themselves. Let them sleep if they want. They are likely exhausted. If that’s all they need from you, their spirits will leave by morning. If not, they may want help crossing over or finding their owners.
For wildlife, prepare a safe space outdoors with food and water. While I understand as spirit they don’t literally eat and drink, energetically, they will appreciate the gesture and be refreshed. Call in St. Francis to help with the wildlife.
For plants, thank them for all they did while they thrived and give thanks for them nourishing Mother Earth as their living energy is transmuted back to Source. See them sheltering and feeding future generations with their transformed energy. Thank them for their contribution. If you find seeds from a destroyed plant or tree, harvest them and replant them in a forest or some other appropriate space. They will live on that way. Put out destroyed fruit for wildlife to eat. Their homes and way of life have been destroyed also.
Finishing Up
As you finish up your session, close your eyes hold your palm outward as you visualize a pink light coming from your heart chakra center down your arms and out the palms of your hands. See Mother Earth in front of you. Bathe her in the pink, loving light you are emitting. Say something along the lines, “I bless Mother Earth and all her inhabitants. Wherever there is turmoil, I send calm, supportive help. Wherever there is hunger or pain, I send whatever Love, comfort, food, shelter, money, or energy that is needed. I trust and know all prayers will be answered and miracles will manifest. So be it, so it is.”
Open your eyes as you return to your physical body, room, and the present moment in time. Take a moment. You may be a bit disoriented. When you feel ready, extinguish your candle, ring your chime or bell and declare you are closing the circle and finishing this session.
Hold your boundaries. If you have spirits that continue to barge in at all hours of the day and night, don’t engage. Hold multiple sessions if you are up to the work and have the energy and time.
Set hours, just like any professional counselor would do. During an emergency, you may have to work some long hours. But you get to set when and how you work. Never forget that. This work is important, sacred, and exhausting. Thank you for your service. ~ Susan
